A global insurance provider is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Business Process Architect.Responsibilities:
* Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy
* Lead BA department managers throughout the development of business architecture plan
* Conduct reviews and analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of business architecture applications
* Lead programs, overseeing multiple tracks and/or involving multiple business areas
* Perform statistical and qualitative analysis
* Partner with program managers in defining programs that will deliver changes required by business plan
Requirements:
* A minimum of 13+ years' experience in a related field such as business architecture, enterprise architecture, strategy planning, or business process re-engineering
* A proven track record with program management and business architecture concepts and methodologies
* Work experience at an international company using English as a reporting language
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Japanese and English
* A sharp eye for detail
* MBA preferred
