募集背景
A clinical development service provider is looking for an individual to join the team as Desktop Services Technician. This highly dynamic role will see you providing desktop support, implementing infrastructure, and coordinating a diverse range of IT projects. To succeed in this position you will have prior internal IT experience and English proficiency.
仕事内容
Responsibilities:

* Provide PC desktop support, IT infrastructure implementation, and server maintenance
* User ID management
* Provide IT helpdesk support for IT related matters
* Liaison for the escalation of global IT service desk issues
* IT facilitation and procurement

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in an internal IT role or similar experience at a global enterprise
* English communication skills (business level)
* MCP or MCSE required
* CCNA or equivalent knowledge required
* Project management experience preferred
* Familiarity with PBX or telephony services preferred
