『Medical Science Director (⇒MSD)』
・Japan TA(Therapeutic Area) Medical Science director (MSD) is accountable/responsible for clinical science strategy and execution on the products within the TA portfolio by
・Providing strategic clinical science expertise for optimum market access of the products in Japan as a core member of Japan TA team and/or sub-teams, and Global Regulatory Strategy Team
【Description】
・Providing clinical science expertise and insight TA and Disease area (DA) strategy
・Making sure the clinical science strategy and deliverables will be in line with the business objectives
・Leading communication of the clinical science strategy and its implication to Japan so that the context of clinical science input are properly understood by the governance bodies in GMeds, iMeds and MedI for their quality decisions.
・Japan TA MSD leads clinical science strategy planning and its execution by working closely with Japan Project Physician (JPPs) 他

◆Medical Doctor degree required
◆Experience on Clinical science strategy planning in drug development.
◆Experience on negotiations with external experts as a leading person
◆Experience on planning of Clinical science strategies as a Japan TA Medical science representative at the cross functional team
◆Quality of knowledge on drug development strategy and clinical science
◆Demonstrated leadership capability.
◆Proven ability to learn rapidly in a new environment
◆Project management skill
◆Assertive communication skill
◆Business English ( Achieve common understanding at the context level with customers)
◆Strategic influencing skill (Through well thought out rationale and effective communication skills, able to influence key decisions.)

【Preferred Experience】
●Experience on negotiation with PMDA/MHLW , and getting JNDA/sJNDA approval and supporting launch activities as a leading person
●Drug development experience in outside of Japan
●Experience in line management

想定年収:2,000~2,800万円 ※ご経験・前職給与などを考慮し決定
