- 募集背景
- This position will work directly with business commercial leaders and their teams to help improve the selling effectiveness of the organization. The person will be part of the Asia Pacific Commercial Support team, responsible for developing, driving and leveraging selling effectiveness programs and best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Asia Pacific Director, Commercial Discipline to deliver Asia Pacific and global commercial support plan
2. Develop and implement with Asia Pacific team the Selling Discipline Strategic plan
3. Work closely with area business commercial leaders and global commercial support leaders to assess and define priority areas of work
4. Engage commercial leaders to understand current state, and to identify best practices as well as gaps
5. Review, improve and leverage the following efforts: sales pipeline process, value selling, time usage of sales people, CRM tools, account management profiles, sales competency models and sales effectiveness metrics

*5-10 years selling experience, preferably in areas of complex, technical, consultative B2B marketing.
*Knowledge of best practice related to selling process and key account management practices
