A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Medical Science Liaison.Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute tailored stakeholder engagement strategies
* Conduct scientific engagements with healthcare professionals through one-to-one and group interactions
* Leverage digital tools and omnichannel approaches to optimise stakeholder engagement
* Share scientific insights within Medical Affairs, global teams, and cross-functional teams
* Support the organisation of Medical Affairs events, advisory boards, scientific workshops, and symposia
* Provide speaker training for paid speaker events
* Coach and mentor MSL team members to enhance the quality and effectiveness of field activities
* Contribute to the execution of organisational medical strategy
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in an equivalent role within the pharmaceutical industry
* Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrated ethical conduct and accountability
* Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and perform in a high-performing team environment
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Master's degree or PhD in Science
* Strong scientific knowledge in HIV, Virology, or Infectious Diseases
* Ability to act as a change agent while fostering innovation and collaboration
* Possess a valid Pharmacist or MD qualification
