・Deploy, manage/maintain security stacks across on-prem/cloud environments
・Identify threats, risks, and security controls to protect enterprise services
・Provide guidance on on-prem/cloud security stacks
・Collaborate with information security teams to address security risks
・Monitor and respond to cloud security risks
・Develop and enforce cloud security policies/procedures with stakeholders
・Partner with security architecture teams to protect workloads and data
・Support application and infrastructure security policies and standards

＜Experience＞
・12+ years of experience in on-prem/cloud security and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.)
・8+ years of experience with posture management and IaC automation, including:
-DevOps code scan deployment
-Posture management policy tuning
・Experience in vulnerability analysis/exploitation
＜Knowledge/Skill＞
・Security tools/processes for cloud/hybrid environments
・Security controls/frameworks
・Windows/Linux hardening, security configuration, and OS knowledge
・TCP/IP, HTTP, endpoint security, and incident response
・Additional security knowledge/skills as required
＜Other＞
・Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
・Conversational Japanese proficiency
・Business-level English proficiency

・Azure/AWS/GCP certifications (foundational/associate/security tracks)
・Experience with SIEM and tool integrations (CrowdStrike NextGen SIEM preferred)
