A global financial services institution is seeking a Credit Operation / Agency Officer.Responsibilities:
* Review and comment on finance and loan documents
* Verify fulfilment of loan conditions before and after drawdowns
* Liaise with legal counsels, clients, lenders, and external parties on loan agreements and related matters
* Facilitate waiver and amendment requests from clients or lenders
* Handle loan administration including drawdowns, rollovers, transfers, and recordkeeping
* Contribute to risk control, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 7 years of professional experience
* 5-10 years of experience in structured finance (Aviation, Export/Project Finance and corporate finance)
* 5-10 years of experience in syndication agency
* Experience in JOLCO is ideal
* Prior experience in JBIC/ NEXI transactions is a plus
* Business level Japanese and English
