A multinational financial services company is seeking a Client Service Senior Associate.Responsibilities:
* Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct inquiries to appropriate resources
* Support clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical challenges
* Apply advanced problem-solving skills and sound judgment to analyse information and deliver quality service
* Provide clients with detailed information on products and services across multiple business lines
* Proactively identify client business needs and connect them with suitable internal resources
* Resolve complex or non-routine client issues efficiently
* Contribute to business development by leveraging deep client knowledge and proposing service expansions
* Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at improving client experience and internal processes
* Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
* Manage and support multiple complex client accounts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 5-7 years of work experience preferred
* Experience in securities operations or client services is a plus
* Good knowledge of asset servicing products
* Fluent level English and Japanese
