■Get to know the business

The Internal Audit Group protects AIG through assurance work and partners with stakeholders to provide objective advice and insights. The group assists the Corporation in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of AIG’s control environment including risk management operational financial and governance processes. In addition we proactively engage with stakeholders by monitoring progress of transformation/change initiatives and provide valuable advice and insight that contributes to moving these initiatives forward.

We are looking for a candidate that will be part of our General Insurance International Audit team based in Tokyo. 応募資格

必須: Skills and Qualifications:

・5+ years of relevant audit experience （General Insurance experience ideal）.
・A certified professional designation （e.g. CIA CPA） is expected or must be obtained within the first 12 months of hire date.
・Ability to thrive within a team oriented environment while focusing on what matters most.
・Function independently and multi task in a dynamic changing environment.
・Strong communication （oral and written） presentation and project management skills.
・Japanese / English bi lingual skills are preferred （native in one upper intermediate/business level in other）.
・ Advanced Excel PowerBI and Quenya for AI data analytics is a plus.
