This position will focus on the organizational mission below, focusing on IT control, and will involve working with the overseas head office and others to implement and operate appropriate authorization processes, strengthen infrastructure security using various compliance tools, and educate employees.
The expected main role will involve working with the HQ and group companies to:
• Implement/operate various authorization processes using the company's workflow system and manage issues.
• Implement/operate various security authorization inventory processes.
• Implement/operate various IT compliance tools.
• Handling high-severity vulnerabilities.
• Educate and train employees on strengthening security.
• Respond to various security-related inquiries.
• Report to group companies and the parent company.
• Day-by-day issue resolving.
• This position does not directly grant authority or implement tools, but the main job is to design and operate processes for their operation.

• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, whether Active Directory, UNIX, or other platforms
• Understanding the basics of server/network/application security
• Ability to manage a small team.
• Good at working in a team and has strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate in English (TOEIC score of 600 or above)
※Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)

• CISSP or other information security-related qualifications
• Experience in security and IT governance in the insurance or financial industry
• Experience participating in international projects
