■Job Purpose
This role is the end-to-end owner for Products related applications delivery programs/projects.
You will be a key stakeholder in building the future state of product development, which is the key critical factor in growing our business.
■Job Responsibilities
• Support the business strategy execution by driving IT execution plan.
• Work closely with the various business teams to understand their needs and priorities.
• Evaluates business requirements and creates technical delivery plan in corporation with the internal IT team and vendor resources.
• Lead and deliver technology solutions in alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Ensure technical projects are completed on time, on budget and within quality standards.
• Manage the delivery team consisting of both internal and external resources.
• Reviews and approves vendor deliverables for fit for purpose and quality.
• Play a people manager role to manage a team within the Product section.

- 必須

• 4+ years in the insurance industry (especially General Insurance).
• 5+ years of project management and delivery experience.
• 3+ years in IT related to new product development or enhancements.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical reasoning, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience handling complex programs with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Japanese: Native or business level; English: business level.
