Required Skills and Experience:
・ Proven experience in training and development preferably within cosmetics industry.
・ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
・ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
・ Proven customer service expertise.
・ Strong problem solving abilities.
・ Knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
・ Proficiency in computer applications （e.g. Microsoft Office Suite）.
Language Skills
・ Japanese （Business ・ Native） （JLPT 1）
・ English （Intermediate ・ Business） （TOEIC 650 / TOELF iBT 71）
