外資系生命保険会社での募集です。■Responsibilities
クオンツ・アクチュアリー・金融工学・数理分析業務のご経験のある方は歓迎です。
・Responsible for leading efforts as an Actuarial liaison to support strategic business and finance initiatives incl. product and reinsurance solutions to achieve MetLife’s financial objectives and capital optimization
・Support new product development through helping to set pricing assumptions reviewing pricing models etc.
・Support developing reinsurance solutions with internal and external partners through providing experience study results reviewing actuarial models analyzing impact on various financial metrics etc.
・Work collaboratively with various stakeholders such as local and regional Finance functions Product Development and Risk Management teams etc.

■Experience
・Practical experience in actuarial areas such as financial reporting product development risk management etc. in the life insurance industry
■Skills
・Practical skill of actuarial modeling
・Practical knowledge of various reporting bases and capital requirements such as JGAAP USGAAP Embedded Value Economic Capital etc.
・Strong in communication with various stakeholders
■Preferable
・Proficiency in Prophet or any other actuarial modeling software is a plus
■Qualifications
・A qualified or nearly qualified actuary of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan （IAJ） or an internationally recognized actuarial organization such as Society of Actuaries （US） Institute and Faculty of Actuaries （UK） etc.
