The Business Strategy & Innovation Division is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can lead new product development projects in the life insurance.
Based on medium to long term product strategies, you will drive large-scale and complex projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budgets.

【Explanation of division】
The Business Strategy & Innovation Division consists of three teams: the Project Manager team for new life insurance product development projects, the Business Architecture team, which plays a role in formulating IT strategies based on business strategies and supporting business strategies as IT, and the Business Analyst team, which provides consistent quality of business requirements and test case definition.
【Main Responsibilities】
• Planning and progress management of new product development projects (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
• Overall promotion from product concept to sales strategy
• Collaboration with related internal Divisions (product planning, sales, IT, operations)
• Coordination and reporting with related organizations within the company group and headquarters
• Project risk management and problem solving
• Project progress reporting and explanations to management
• Mentoring and coaching junior PM members

• Experience in the Financial Industry
• Over 5 years of project management experience (successful track record in large-scale projects in complex, regulated environments)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
• Project budget and progress management
• Skills in meeting facilitation, effective reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation
• Native-level Japanese and business English proficiency
※Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
