■ML / AI pipeline development & Implementation
• Build and maintain ML/AI pipelines using Databricks MLFlow for model training and inference pipelines deployment.
• Implement established MLOps/LLMOps practices and standards for model deployment and monitoring.
• Create and maintain feature stores following defined architectural patterns.
• Develop automated testing framework for ML / AI pipelines and modes.
• Implement monitoring solutions for deployed models following Group standards (MLOps Index)
■Model Operations & Infrastructure
• Deploy and maintain ML/AI models in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code with proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, ability to implement infrastructure testing, validation, best practices and standards and optimization techniques.
• Configure and optimize model serving endpoints following security guidelines.
• Implement caching and performance optimization strategies for model inference.
• Support the integration of LLMs using SecureGPT platform.
• Maintain documentation for deployed models and pipelines.
■Collaboration & Technical Support
• Work closely with Data Scientists to understand model requirements and implementation needs.
• Support domain squad members in troubleshooting model deployment and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Share knowledge and best practices within Data Lab community dedicated to ML & AI.
• Provide input on pipeline improvements and optimization opportunities.

- 必須

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering and infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Terraform and model monitoring frameworks is a plus
• Business level of English
• Intermediate conversational Japanese
