Technical cornerstone for Data Modeling & Analytics: development, research, leadership.■Technical Development (80%)
・Design scalable workflows using DBT. Lead Data Vault and core data product development.
・Build automated pipelines for large-scale processing.
・Maintain IaC with Terraform.
・Implement testing frameworks, create deployment pipelines, and coordinate with Ops for releases.
■Research & Innovation (10%)
・Research new technologies, prototype tools, present proposals and PoCs, write documentation, and explore automation for Data Vault.
■Technical Leadership (10%)
・Mentor team members, review code, lead design discussions, align modeling with business needs, and share knowledge via documentation and workshops.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
・Master’s in computer science, data engineering, or related field
・10+ years in data/analytics engineering
・Expert in DBT for transformation/modeling
・Expertise in Data Vault and dimensional modeling
・Strong SQL & DWH (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
・Experience with IaC (Terraform preferred)
・Skilled in data pipeline orchestration
・Strong version control (GitHub, AWS Code Commit) and CI/CD
・Proven record in complex technical initiatives
・Business level English
※Japanese: Business–Native (JLPT N1) preferred
