This role strengthens the company’s security posture, making it a competitive advantage.
You’ll lead the Operational Resilience & Physical Security (ORPS) team, ensuring business continuity, crisis response, and physical security. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
Operational Resilience
• Lead and manage global and local resilience programs.
• Coordinate crisis response for cyberattacks, IT outages, natural disasters, and other emergencies.
• Oversee IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
• Drive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Physical Security
• Manage access control, surveillance, and security staff.
• Oversee travel security for employees and executives.
Budget & Resource Management
• Plan and manage the ORPS budget.
Reporting & Improvement
• Provide regular reports on security and resilience activities.
Team Leadership
• Develop and motivate team members.

- 必須

• Fluent in Japanese; business-level English.
• 5–8 years of experience in security, resilience, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical skills in incident response and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Critical thinking and results-driven mindset.
• Available for emergency response outside business hours.
• Experience in budgeting and vendor management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CBCP) are a plus.
