Financial report and analysis. Overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.・Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely reporting by preparing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, while analyzing and explaining financial results.
・Prepare actual vs. plan analyses, investigate deviations in close collaboration with departments, and provide insights for decision-making.
・Prepare financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
・Engage in monthly and annual closing procedures, ensuring a compliant financial close for management reporting.
・Prepare, present, and monitor investment plans and activities, including communication and alignment with headquarters.
・Support the regular risk management process and execute risk management-related activities.
・Execute approvals for various internal requests (e.g., purchase requests).
・Prepare materials for board meetings and closing meetings.
・Drive continuous improvement of business processes and support daily operations related to all controlling matters.

・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting or management book closing.
・Understand and analyze financial statements, including P/L and B/S.
・Take initiative and act quickly without waiting for instructions.
・Ensure high accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
・Bridge the gap between finance and business departments.
・Manage daily controlling tasks, including fixed costs (e.g., marketing, overhead), investments, and used car business.
・Ensure compliance with group procedures and directives.
・Understand the financial impact of new processes, address challenges, and meet tight deadlines.
・Manage market volatility and implement countermeasures (e.g., vehicle stock control, structural cost control).
