募集背景: A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking an MSL. The selected candidate will lead KEE development and ensure medical activities align with brand and medical objectives.

仕事内容: A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking an MSL.
Responsibilities:

* Support development and engagement of Key External Experts
* Provide scientific communications, including advisory boards, training, and workshops
* Manage Phase IV studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT) in line with global medical objectives
* Ensure medical activities meet brand objectives and are shared with physicians
* Maintain scientific expertise within therapeutic areas, expanding knowledge of relevant literature
* Prepare and deliver critical reviews of scientific publications and congresses

Requirements:

* Master's degree or above in medical science or clinical medicine
* 5-10 years of scientific experience in the medical affairs or research department in the pharmaceutical companies
* 2-3 years of experience in the oncology domain as MSL with pre or post-launch activities
* Knowledge of strategic needs of an affiliate organisation
* Familiarity with compliance with related laws and regulations (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, Code of Practice, Fair Competition Code, Ethical Drug Promotion Code, etc.)
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
