A renowned life insurance company is seeking an experienced AI Team Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and ML engineers
* Collaborate with global IT stakeholders to ensure best practices and high-quality results
* Architect scalable AI solutions using cloud ML frameworks
* Assess and collaborate with vendors on AI technology solutions
* Develop modular AI stacks and API gateways for scalable architecture
* Implement Generative AI to drive innovation and enhance products
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical domain
* More than 3 years of experience managing and leading AI teams
* Experience developing and implementing AI solutions using cloud-based ML frameworks (Azure, AWS, etc.)
* Prior experience in agile methodologies and handling priorities across various AI projects
* Knowledge of AI stack development and creating API gateways for providing stack components to various projects for consumption
* Skilled in programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
* Understanding of ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn)
