A Senior Tech Support Engineer position is now open in a global technology company.Responsibilities:
* Undergo a substantial skills development and learning program
* Upskill on our support processes and products
* Troubleshoot customer issues with the support of tenured engineers
* Engage regularly with the engineering team to bring value to customers
* Develop through training, learning tools, research time and training days
* Run case clinics to benefit other members of the team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* More than 5 years of related working experience
* Prior account management or customer engagement experience
* Advanced knowledge of vSphere ESXi and vCenter Server
* Expert knowledge in VMFS/NFS architecture and troubleshooting
* Experience in handling issues related to core vSphere features such as HA, DRS, or vMotion
* Knowledge of any scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc.
* Certifications in Linux, Linux-enabled solutions, or other technologies
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
