仕事内容: A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison.
Responsibilities:

* Identify Key External Experts (KEEs) based on societal position, expertise, and publications
* Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to foster collaboration and gather insights
* Collaborate with international KOLs for seminars and strategic initiatives
* Develop and deliver thought leadership content aligned with company goals
* Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to drive innovation and knowledge-sharing
* Support strategic communication efforts for scientific advancements

Requirements:

* Master's degree or above in a relevant scientific or business domain is a plus
* More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (drug development processes, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics)
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred
* Proficient in Japanese and English
