募集背景: An international financial services company is searching for a UIUX Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups, and prototypes.

仕事内容: An international financial services company
Responsibilities:

* Oversee UI and UX design and delivery
* Ensure consistency and reusability in terms of design and implementation through UIUX governance
* Define and update UI/UX guidelines & standards to meet emerging business needs and trends
* Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups, and prototypes
* Maintain reusable UI assets and catalogues
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (usability, responsiveness)
* Make strategic design decisions related to core functions and features

Requirements:

* More than 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, user journeys etc.
* Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma
* Background in user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
* Experience in the life insurance sector is preferred
* Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2+); intermediate level English
