A global insurance company is looking for a Manager, Credit Risk Management Team.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement credit risk policies, procedures, and limits
* Evaluate reinsurance and derivatives programs from a credit risk perspective
* Review and negotiate contractual agreements, including reinsurance collateral terms
* Monitor key credit risks in the portfolio and create risk mitigation plans
* Report to stakeholders and senior management on risk-related matters
* Regularly assess and improve risk management processes
Requirements:
* More than 10 years of experience in credit and market risk management, asset management, and investment accounting areas at a financial institution
* Experience in insurance or reinsurance is a plus
* Knowledge of reinsurance concepts and current best practices is preferred
* Understanding of reinsurance, derivatives, and investment
* Familiarity with accounting, credit analysis, and statistics or qualitative analysis
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Possess valid CMA or CFA qualification is ideal
* Native level written and verbal Japanese and English
