A global insurance company is looking for a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage technical infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate status to stakeholders
* Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
* Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
* Collaborate with vendors and contractors for project implementation
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations
* Track and report project performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience in leading infrastructure project with architectural transformation as a technical lead
* More than 3 years of experience in managing technical projects of 20+ members
* More than 3 years of experience in developing project budgets and reporting performance
* Excellent communication skills for both engineering teams and internal stakeholders
* Possess valid PMP or other relevant project management certifications is a plus
* Business level Japanese and English
