A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager of Launch Excellence.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of breakthrough products
* Lead project management of new product launches, ensuring on-time execution by engaging teams
* Collaborate with global and local medical teams to develop early engagement plans for key stakeholders
* Ensure knowledge transfer to the therapeutic area marketing team upon commercialisation approval
* Encourage the use of global tools and establish best practices for launch preparation across therapeutic areas
* Support the management and coaching of the Launch Excellence Team and share global best practices
Requirements:
* Practical experience in Japanese pharmaceutical product launches
* Prior experience as a brand manager, medical manager, or project management in clinical development/consultancy
* Experience in leading global cross-functional teams
* Agile learner with strong communication, networking, and influencing skills
* Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
