A global insurance company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Define operational forecasting through predictive analysis using data science methods
* Formulate mid to long-term staffing plans for all operations
* Evaluate optional plans by identifying outcomes and service level impacts
* Help refine and improve the accuracy of existing staffing plans
* Drive best practice sharing and efficiency increases across global teams
* Develop automated programs to gather and deliver forecasting data in various formats
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Business
* More than 4 years of experience in a data science or business intelligence analyst
* Practical experience with workforce management tools (Verint, Nice, Genesys, etc.) and Telephony platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Content Guru, etc.)
* Prior experience with MicroStrategy Desktop, Klipfolio or similar data visualisation and presentation tools preferred
* Experience with Agile project concepts a plus
* Knowledge of call-centre, customer service centre, or service operations environment
* Skilled in MS Office Suite
