A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an TME Associate Director/Director.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve clinical Proof of Concept (PoC) for early global programs
* Lead late-stage global programs to ensure clinical pharmacology packages meet regulatory standards
* Collaborate with Translational Research to develop new indications, endpoints, and biomarkers
* Provide scientific assessments for in-licencing opportunities and due diligence processes
* Oversee clinical trials, ensuring medical and safety reviews are satisfactory
* Present Translational Medicine plans to decision boards and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Doctoral degree (MD)
* More than 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company, CRO, or academic medical centre
* Recognised medical/clinical expertise in relevant medical subspecialty
* Expertise in field, studies, and projects; respected by colleagues across R&D, Development, and externally
* Possess a valid MD licence
* Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
