仕事内容: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Associate Director of Warehouse Operations to join the Japan Plasma New Facility Program team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our entire warehouse operation to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with program objectives. This pivotal role will involve designing and implementing warehouse layouts optimized for the storage and handling of plasma products, establishing robust inventory control systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with the overall supply chain strategy. By focusing on the development of warehouse operations, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to the operational excellence and success of the plasma operations.

応募資格

必須: 1. Bachelor's degree in a supply chain-related field required; master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, is preferred.
2. Specialized courses or certifications in supply chain management. While a bachelor's degree is essential, these additional qualifications enhance eligibility and provide in-depth knowledge of logistics, procurement, and supply chain strategies.
3. At least 10 years of professional experience in a similar role in the field of supply chain management, with significant experience in global supply chain operations.
4. Experience in a Data Science, Machine Learning, AI solving Supply Chain or Manufacturing related problems is preferred.

工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、（千葉県成田市）8:45～17:15 、
研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45
フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制あり（対象社員）

年収・給与: 年俸1200万円～1699万円
