Partner with IT leadership to implement HR strategies that support the business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
Support IT managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top IT talent.
Support organizational change initiatives within the IT department.
Work with global and region to implement HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the IT department.

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP
Experience working with IT in a people support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a global or multinational company.
Self Starter
Fluency in both Japanese and English.
