- Full remote Technical Support Engineer role where you would be working with the local Japan team as well as other colleauges in APAC.

World leader in EDR who is currently expanding their full remote technical support team in Tokyo.1
Customer Support:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues, escalating when necessary.
*
Issue Resolution:
* Troubleshoot complex technical problems and identify the root cause.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, etc.) to resolve issues.
* Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
*
Customer Engagement:
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their environments and needs.
* Provide product training and best practices to customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of service.
*
Continuous Improvement:
* Participate in the development of support tools and processes to improve efficiency.
* Provide feedback to the product team to improve product functionality and user experience.

* Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
