Company is looking to expand business, as operations in Japan are increasing every year. They have hired over several hundred last year and are looking to do the same this year. This position will have you be an expert in company's software solution and provide top level support to clients while representing the company. There is opportunity for growth within and also time and resources provided to employees to earn relevant certifications.
仕事内容
Provide technical guidance to your customers using industry practices. Serve as your customers’ point of contact during technical emergencies. Champion product improvements for your customers.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a part of a strategically important group that helps customers create and maintain great technical solutions. As a member of this fast-growing team, you will be assigned a few large customers who are in various stages of cloud adoption. Your role will be to help them solve difficult technical problems, provide technical guidance, perform technical reviews, and serve as their advocate. You will build and maintain strong professional relationships while becoming familiar with their architecture and technical operations.
応募資格
必須
9+ years of working experience on Internet technologies such as networking, databases, application servers, webservers, or programming Understanding of n-tier (multi-tier) web architectures and how to trouble shoot them At least one technical specialty Understanding of standard internet protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP and HTTP Fluency in professional Japanese, both written and spoken Able to read and write basic technical English
