一部例:
Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation and benefits trends and practices for the assigned lines of business.
Partner with Recruiters to model and develop competitive offer packages for internal and external hires
Partner with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to evaluate employee compensation and benefits positioning.
Communicate compensation package elements, including base pay, incentive, and equity plans to managers and employees.
Manage and coordinate participation in salary and benefits surveys; analyze market data results to determine competitiveness of overall rewards levels, domestically and internationally.
Assess job levels/grading based on the scope of responsibilities and evaluate against internal criteria; utilize external and internal benchmarking data for job pricing
Respond to inquiries regarding plan, policy, job evaluations and market data from HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Recruiting colleagues

- 必須

10+ years of progressive compensation experience preferably within the financial services industry and/or large corporate environment
Proven deep understanding of total rewards including base pay, variable pay programs, and benefits.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, analyzing, and implementing a variety of compensation plans and structures, including salary structures and incentive pay programs
Solid understanding of the external competitive market, the regulatory and compliance environment, and union relations
Strong financial background and business acumen
Business English
