仕事内容: A global financial services company is seeking a Regulatory Conduct Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Oversee critical Compliance policies and systems
* Provide advisory on Regulatory Compliance risks to senior management
* Report to Head of Advisory, Japan Compliance on Regulatory Compliance matters
* Ensure senior management is informed on material Compliance issues
* Manage relationships with regulators and ensure timely disclosure of information
* Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders
* Provide leadership to develop the Compliance function
* Build professional relationships with business managers and Compliance colleagues
* Create a framework for risk-based monitoring of Regulatory Compliance policies

Requirements:

* Practical experience as a regulator or senior compliance manager in financial services
* Prior experience in a regulated securities entity
* Ability to develop practical solutions to complex global issues
* Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
* Possess a valid qualification in law, accountancy, or relevant risk discipline
* Proficient in English and Japanese
