仕事内容: A global insurance company is looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits.
Responsibilities:

* Provide market intelligence on compensation trends
* Develop competitive offer packages with recruiters
* Evaluate and advise on employee compensation strategies
* Communicate compensation details to managers and employees
* Analyse salary and benefits surveys for competitiveness
* Evaluate job levels and benchmark against industry standards
* Respond to inquiries on policies and market data
* Establish guidelines for compensation processes
* Collaborate on compensation program design and implementation

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree is ideal)
* More than 10 years of experience in compensation (financial services industry or large corporate setting is ideal)
* Experience designing, analysing, and executing various compensation plans and structures (salary structures and incentive pay programs)
* Prior experience in finance
* Knowledge of total rewards (base pay, variable pay programs, and benefits)
* Native level Japanese; business level English
