募集背景: Position: Associate Director, Medical Affairs, Advanced Surgery

Purpose:
The Associate Director, Medical Affairs will actively partner with the commercial team in Japan and ANZ, providing support to APAC as needed, to drive business strategy and goals. This role ensures compliance with ethics and integrity in all medical affairs-related activities and works to build and enhance the company's scientific image both internally and externally. Additionally, the Associate Director will serve as a role model for the team and occasionally lead the organization in Medical Affairs-related work.

仕事内容: Responsibilities:
● Establish the company's clinical leadership for Advanced Surgery therapy in Japan and ANZ.
● Develop and engage KOLs in scientific activities to differentiate the company as a scientifically driven healthcare organization.
● Contribute to improving awareness and surgical outcomes of the Advanced Surgery portfolio.
● Manage clinical communication and training activities to create a superior clinical brand and quality perception.
● Strengthen marketing strategies with necessary medical inputs.
● Conduct outcome assessment studies to generate scientific evidence and publications.
● Educate and train physicians in various scientific forums and programs.
● Develop and nurture the Medical Affairs team and personnel in Japan and ANZ.
● Organize the sub-APAC Advanced Surgery Medical Affairs team.

応募資格

必須: Experience & Skills:
● MD or MS in any specialty, preferably in diagnosis or surgery.
● 5 to 7 years of medical affairs experience in a reputable pharmaceutical or healthcare company preferred.
● Experience working in operating theaters required.
● Ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
● Experience presenting scientific data.
● Advanced skills in scientific literature review and evaluation preferred.
● Ability to develop relationships across functions or departments.
● Japanese and Business Level English
Understanding of regional and cultural differences with adaptability.
