A Head of EOR position is now available at a global pharmaceutical company.Responsibilities:
* Establish the operations and ensure sufficient RWE/Project Management capabilities
* Own and be accountable for the entire delivery, including study feasibility, progress, financial expense, and quality
* Plan and control evidence plans and budgets to support EORD and TA heads
* Establish collaborative relationships with local and global teams to meet evidence needs
* Contribute to developing organisation strategy and capabilities
* Report to the EOR director
Requirements:
* Master's degree or above in a scientific discipline (MD or MPH)
* More than 3 years of experience as a Clinical Project Leader
* More than 3 years of working both in R&D and Medical
* Prior line management experience or track record in developing high performing people or team
* Track records in successful planning and delivery of clinical programs with multiple trials for regulatory submissions
* Experience in researching using statistics and epidemiology
* Knowledge of Clinical Study Delivery
* Understanding of External Service Provider (i.e., CROs) Management
* Familiarity with Study Design, Statistics and Epidemiology
* Background in Medical writing & Scientific Publication
* Deep understanding and ability in ensuring scientific robustness and quality of clinical trials or research is a plus
* Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 700+)
