Provide project management services during the development and construction stages of logistics facilities and data centers.
• Manage costs, including budget management, quotation review/negotiation, and VE/CD verification.
• Oversee schedule, risk, and quality management.
• Handle design management, including drawing confirmation and design adjustment.
• Coordinate contracts and application documents related to design and construction stages.
• Liaise with internal and external parties.
• Conduct various adjustments for tenants.
• As one of seven Project Managers, you will report directly to the Head of Project Management and be involved in the entire process from planning to Construction Vendor selection, budgeting, and scheduling. You will manage your own projects.

• 契約・申請書類関連の調整（設計契約、請負契約、開発および建設段階における申請書類の確認）
• 社内および社外の関係者との調整業務
• 入居テナントにおける各種調整業務

- 必須

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics facilities and data centers.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on construction site experience.
• First-class architect qualification preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in English is optional.
• プロジェクトマネジメント業務に関する実務経験 3 年以上
• 物流施設およびデータセンターのプロジェクトマネジメント業務経験者優遇
• コミュニケーション能力
