An HRBP Manager position is now available at a global insurance organisation.Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to determine key people priorities and deliver solutions that align with business goals
* Provide expert HR advice ensuring all people activities are managed in line with company culture, values, policy, and local regulations
* Coach and advise on all aspects of people management including TA, employee relations, change management and people development
* Drive talent reviews and build robust succession planning for key positions.
* Use data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and overall employee experience
* Foster diversity and inclusion by collaborating closely with the DEI team
* Ensure HR compliance in line with labour and employment regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of HR experience as HRBP or COEs in an industrial environment
* Strong HR knowledge
* Experience in Employee Relations and managing difficult situations is ideal
* Understanding of Labour Law, local law, and implementation with pragmatism in a financial environment is a plus
* Native level Japanese; business level English
