An international pharmaceutical company is looking for Hematology MSL.Responsibilities:
* Build peer-to-peer relationships with key experts and healthcare organizations based on specific scientific strategies
* Gather insights through scientific discussions with experts and share them with the medical team to inform brand strategy
* Manage tasks to maintain performance while prioritizing external engagements
* Develop and maintain scientific knowledge for effective two-way interactions with experts
* Create and update plans for engaging with individual experts
* Identify key experts using predefined criteria for each therapeutic area
* Comply with internal and external regulations and guidelines
* Serve as a scientific trainer for other internal teams regarding company products
* Collaborate with clinical study investigators alongside study management and monitoring teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in medical, pharmaceutical, or life science
* More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and scientific engagement is preferred
* Experience in drug development, regulatory, or medical scientist
* Prior experience in leadership
* Proven experience in Oncology MSL, medical advisor, clinical development, or clinical operation is a plus
* Business level English
