An international reinsurance company is searching for a Pricing Associate Director.Responsibilities:
* Lead pricing process from beginning to end on assigned quotes
* Provide actuarial recommendations from pricing and risk perspective
* Decide on the pricing methodology to be applied and obtain agreement
* Review pricing models used for quotes
* Sign off on the pricing for assigned reinsurance quotes within individual authority
* Ensure proper filing of all quotation files
* Lead Pricing Basis development initiatives from beginning to end
* Undertake and manage the delivery of specific RD projects
* Design and sign-off of new pricing models for any additional business
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
* 10-20 years of life insurance experience
* Several years of directly relevant pricing experience
* Knowledge of Japanese life insurance products
* Skilled in MS Excel
* Experience with AXIS is a plus
* Familiarity with reinsurance or life insurance pricing is desired
* Completed fellowship through IAJ or similar
* Fluent level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
