- The Quality Inspector (検査員) role involves conducting pass/fail judgment tests on imported products from Germany, focusing on endoscopes, CCU, light source equipment, and other designated product groups. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining documents related to tests, operating and managing the Quality Management System (QMS), updating regulations, and creating/updating product standard documents. The role also involves making final pass/fail judgments on products handled by third-party logistics (3PL) contractors and performing related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
● Perform pass/fail judgment tests on products imported from Germany, mainly involving endoscopes, CCU, light source equipment, and other designated product groups.
● Create and maintain various documents related to the above tests, operate and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), update various regulations, and create/update product standard documents.
● Final pass/fail judgment on products entrusted to 3PL contractors.
● Perform related tasks associated with the above.

Required Skills:
● Experience in quality management-related tasks
● Experience in electrical or mechanical fields
Desired Experience & Skills:
● Experience in quality management-related tasks in the medical industry
● Basic Excel skills (including simple functions) and experience with Outlook or similar software

● Logical thinker
Education:
● Bachelor's degree or higher
Language Proficiency
● Japanese: Business level
● English: Reading and writing ability is a plus
