A Business Development Director position is now available at a global insurance company.Responsibilities:
* Create and implement go-to-market strategies for designated clients
* Nurture strong connections with Top 4 MNOs (Mobile Network Operators) and other partners
* Drive deal acquisition for allocated clients
* Lead project management for new deal implementations
* Oversee P&L for assigned clients, conducting regular progress reviews, adjustments, and providing performance and financial reporting
* Conduct regular competitor analysis and present findings to increase sales opportunities for allocated clients
* Formulate and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership on growth, ecosystem initiatives, and competitive dynamics
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, or relevant field
* More than 7 years of experience in developing new business scheme and selling customised solutions and closing deals
* Practical experience in leading and managing projects
* Prior customer-facing experience
* Understanding of the drivers of profitability, market dynamics, and deal structure
* Interest in mobile industry
* Proven track record of business development
* Experience in dealing with mobile industry is a plus
* Possess a valid MBA in business, finance or related field is ideal
* Bilingual level Japanese and English
