An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Medical Affairs Head.Responsibilities:
* Lead, build, and manage country medical affairs
* Engage with regional medical affairs for country priorities and global strategy
* Provide input and support to the country leadership team
* Partner with country commercial team for commercial plans
* Provide reactive support to R&D development strategy and projects
* Interact with local key thought leaders and healthcare decision-makers
* Act as the local scientific spokesperson
* Attend relevant medical congresses for medical knowledge and business relationships
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in medicine or an allied clinical position is ideal
* More than 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or commercial working environment
* Experience in people management
* Prior experience in academic research, regulatory or scientific, or medical liaison setting
* Proven experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
