A global renewable energy company is searching for a Customer Solutions Engineer. The qualified candidate will identify customer needs and communicate technical requirements for products. This is a Tokyo-based position.
仕事内容
A global renewable energy company is searching for a Customer Solutions Engineer.
Responsibilities:

* Prioritise and implement strategies for product promotion and technical sales
* Ensure customer understanding and compliance with policies
* Use customer data to enhance products and delivery improvements
* Assist in opportunity development and determine market prices
* Support offer development by providing product information
* Execute global market strategies for targeted product areas

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or relevant discipline
* More than 5 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry or engineering
* Practical experience in product management, marketing, or market research
* Understanding of customer technical and operations
* Possess a valid USA Licensed Professional Engineering certification is ideal
