* Create effective plans to enhance the worth of products
* Foster strong connections between HQ and global branches
* Execute strategy execution and KPI management
Requirements:
* Practical experience in product launch, organisation development, and project management in Europe or the United States
* Prior experience in international accounting, international taxation, legal affairs, etc.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Native level Japanese (JLPT N2+); proficient in English (TOEIC 860+)
