A global pharmaceutical firm is looking for a Digital Liaison Manager.Responsibilities:
* Utilises data analytics and customer insights to enhance sales performance
* Collaborate with digital marketing and SFE experts to align with CX strategy
* Implement customer experience management for consistent CX across touchpoints
* Review sales data to identify performance improvement opportunities
* Build relationships with HCPs through an omnichannel approach
* Ensure consistency in digital and physical interactions
* Initiate calls to potential customers (HCPs) to ensure quality service
* Coordinate with sales reps and external partners as requested by HCPs
* Identify external trends and share with the organisation
* Provide ideas and insights to enhance CX through Digital Marketing
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
* Experience as a medical representative or MSL
* Prior experience analysing CRM data and sales activity data
* Proficient in BI tools (MS Excel, Power BI)
* Knowledge of key secondary data such (IQVIA)
* Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 730+)
