An international biotechnology company is looking for a Medical Assistant Director.Responsibilities:
* Understand and manage strategic and tactical initiatives in line with the company's vision
* Support the CMO and CSO in overseeing pipeline business execution
* Support Project Development Plan and strengthen the medical team
* Provide operational support for pipeline business and maintain common processes
* Identify and address issues that could impact business objectives
* Lead or participate in company-wide tasks aligned with the company's mission
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in science (master's or Ph.D. is ideal)
* More than 10 years of professional experience
* More than 5 years of R&D or medical project management experience (biotech or pharmaceutical business)
* More than 1 year of experience in a preparatory position at a well-known pharmaceutical company is ideal
* Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
* Native level English
