Purpose of Role:
As a member of the Global QMS team, you will act as an engaged leader owning and developing the Quality Management System of the Japan office.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop Japan Quality Management System to support an efficient business growth
• Guarantee the compliance of the QMS with all the applicable requirements
• Manage PMDA Audits and internal audits activities
• Define the quality policy and implement the quality objectives together with the General Manager
• Take part to local business development projects and Global QMS projects
• Manage QM activities such as complaint handling, NC－CAPA, Field Safety Corrective Action
• Perform QM Trainings and maintain a high－Quality Awareness in the organization
• Assist Finance and other departments in the compliance of tender reporting and applications
• Comply with the company's Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures
• Other responsibilities as may be required by management or by the business generally

• Sokatsu and/or Hinseki certificates
• Attention to detail: highly accurate data capture, systematic approach to tasks to allow the identification of errors and subsequent correction.
• Communication: solid verbal and written skills in Japanese and English, with a high level of skills for information presentation and administrative writing.
• Be able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrating high level standard of business conduct and ethics
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet very close deadlines.
• Results oriented: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: collaborative approach, pleasant and approachable
• Self-motivated, reliable
