A multinational insurance organisation is looking for an HR Manager L&D.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate learning events across sites
* Manage learning system for training support
* Identify training needs through various methods
* Oversee employee surveys and action plans
* Develop communication channels and tools
* Create training materials and evaluation processes
Requirements:
* Practical experience in HR fields (HRBP, TA, or compensation)
* Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data
* Understanding of human behaviour and performance
* Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
